The climbing of Mount Everest is worth the climb to the top. I mean, why wouldn’t you if you had the chance to? Mount Everest is the tallest mountain in the world and also one of the most dangerous. Yet, this mountain is one of the most visited mountains. The top of the mountain’s oxygen is limited, that would be the death zone. To climb that part of the mountain you need oxygen tanks.

There are people along the way as you’re heading to the top that helps you carry things like this. They are called Sherpa’s. They guide you as you go so you don’t end up off track. They help you all the way up the mountain as you go. This mountain is one of the tallest and hardest mountains to climb. That’s why they are there; this mountain is not something you could climb alone no matter how hard you try.

This mountain is more of a mental journey than anything else you can only go as far as you tell yourself. People make it to the top all the time; it’s just a matter of the right gear and attitude. Yourself wanting to quit will be the hardest challenge. This is not a mountain you just get up one day and decide to go. You have to be physically ready to climb for about two months and manage to pay your bills back home so you have a home to go to when you’re done. Your physical shape will be a hard challenge because you have to be in great shape day after day which is a benefit of climbing because physical work and feeling good will help your mental health. As you prepare to climb every aspect will slowly improve how you feel about life and yourself. This is why climbing would be worth it.
