Batman v Superman review

Batman v Superman was one of the most highly anticipated movie to come out this year. Although many agree that the movie had a slow start and contained many minor details. Even with a slow start, the movie was full of action and exceeded expectations for many DC comics fans.
One thing that stood out was Jesse Eisenberg playing Lex Luthor which was one of the best villain portrayals. And then there was Wonder Woman played by Gal Gadot. When she appeared on the screen in her battle armor, the whole theater was clapping and cheering because many fans anticipated her character finally getting featured in a film.
Another incredible moment was getting a small sneak preview at The Justice League. We got to see videos of ┬áThe Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg all in Lex Luthor’s files. Many are excited for the new movies coming out next in the DC cinematic universe because writers and directors did an amazing job with Batman vs Superman.
Batman was played by Ben Affleck which gave Bruce Wayne a whole new image with the new suit, the bat-mobile, and the bat cave. Ben Affleck maintained the figure of Bruce Wayne being a secret vigilante and billionaire trying to do what is right for his city. In the movie, Batman was feared by many people, for some people didn’t know if his work was justice. This issue was also what Superman was facing.
Superman’s character was quite different in this movie for his city was turning against him. Henry Cavill, playing the man of steel, was a perfect image for Superman. The character was thrown around and taken for granted by citizens in Metropolis but still continued to help the city and Lois Lane.

Batman v Superman didn’t impress critics too much because of its slow entry to the main conflict, but then the movie started to reveal the details which later led to the fight. The ending fight scene between Batman and Superman took a twist when Lex Luthor had released an alien, Doomsday, into Gotham and Metropolis. So after the Batman v Superman fight, where Superman was thrown around a couple times and was weakened by Kryptonite, the two team up alongside Wonder Women to defeat the new alien creature. The whole ending scenes with the fight and the fall of superman were directed really well for the falling action and the conclusion of the movie.
